1)  Unlike other companies we cook just one HOG a day and therefore we can give each and every event our full attention.

2)  We aim to give premier,personalised, friendly, customer service and satisfaction throughout, from the booking process to the final event.

3)  Every HOG is ROASTED from scratch at the event venue, WHEN THE PIG STARTS SPITTING YOUR MOUTH WILL START WATERING! we provide 'Good Sized' portions, cooked right through, covered in golden crackling (not burnt!) and served ON TIME.

5) We believe in using only the finest and freshest ingredients money can buy including FRESHLY BAKERY BAKED BROWN & WHITE BREAD ROLLS and welfare friendly bred pork (raised without the use of antibiotics and are as organic as we can get!) whenever possible.We are now able to offer you the best quality (rare breed) free range pigs in the North West (please make sure to ask if you want one of these.)
