1)  Unlike other companies we cook just one HOG a day and therefore we can give each and every event our full attention.

2)  We aim to give premier,personalised, friendly, customer service and satisfaction throughout, from the booking process to the final event.

3)  Every HOG is ROASTED from scratch at the event venue, providing 'Good Sized' portions, cooked right through, covered in golden crackling (not burnt!) and served on time. We can also offer you a delicious selection of salads, prepared freshly on the day and a mouth watering selection of desserts.(see our menu page)

4) We use only the finest and freshest ingredients including freshly baked bread rolls and welfare friendly bred pork (raised without the use of antibiotics and are as organic as we can get!) whenever possible.
